About Mim's Kiosk
Mim's Kiosk is located at Cobo Bay and we have Mim's Mobile Van. We are dedicated to providing quality fast food whilst using fresh, local ingredients and healthy options where possible.
We go out of our way to use local suppliers and get our veg from the hedge. We give upcoming small businesses a chance by promoting their product range and selling their wares from our kiosks. We love composting and especially love to swap our coffee granules for local eggs. Although we are 'small fry' we really do try and have increased our menu to include vegan options.
So come and see us at Cobo Kiosk, because most of all, we love to know how you are doing and what's cooking in your day!
